Love this coffee. It is a light roast. No bitterness. It is smooth and light as a lot of central american coffees are. This is the only coffee I use.

This has been my favorite coffee for a long time. I lost track of it at one point and I'm so glad I found it again here. This is a light roast which I prefer. It doesn't have that bitter aftertaste that a lot of coffees have. It is very smooth. This will be my coffee again until they tell me they no longer have it.

The Sumatran coffee is roasted just right, the beans smell wonderful, and even though shipping has been slower than I would have liked which is not this seller's fault, the beans outgas as they are brewed and the coffee tastes delicious. I am grateful this seller is willing to price his roasted beans so reasonably. He has responded to my messages and worked with my concerns. I am very content with what I have purchased, and plan to be a repeat customer.

Thank goodness for Best Before Dawn! I look forward to buying LaMinita every year but my regular source isn't offering it this year. This roaster makes a lovely coffee, light bodied with milk chocolate notes. Great hot or cold.
