Had a mix up with the order and was told she would send out the correct order, this was ordered Dec 15, now Feb 25 I still have yet to receive my actual order. Not very pleased.

Accepted payment methods
-Some countries customs clearance offices run extra checks at peak times, this could be due to high security alerts, threats, or additional training. These are for your protection and safety. If you are concerned about delivery times, please speak to your local postal service provider.
-Extreme weather conditions like hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, earthquakes may effect delivery times. You can get up to date reports from your shipping providers' website and if they are experiencing any delays.
-Public holidays can cause delays in packages being delivered. To check postal service public holidays, visit their website or local office to obtain information.
-Postal strikes will slow the delivery process down considerably. Please check your postal service website for updates and reports.
-Double check around the house to be sure that it didn't arrive. Maybe another member of the house or neighbour may have accepted the delivery and not told you, the note left by the courier may have slipped under a carpet for example.
-Did you give us the correct address? Please ensure your address was written correctly on your invoice.
-Your mailbox outside is full. Couriers will not wish to damage your package by forcing it into a full mailbox. So they may leave a note stating that they tried to delivery.
-Were you available to accept the delivery? Some mailboxes are too small to fit our packages so they will need to be either left with a neighbour or taken from the courier directly. If you were not around to accept delivery then a note may or may not be left for you to contact the postal office to rearrange a more suitable delivery time.
ALL SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY!!! Delivery takes an average of 1 to 3 weeks (not including weekends and bank holidays) to all countries from the SHIPMENT DATE. Due to postal services and customs clearance, please allow up to 5 weeks.
