Recebo muito essa pergunta: Betazed (pronuncia-se BAY-tuh-zed) é inspirado em Star Trek: The Next Generation e leva o nome do conselheiro da Enterprise, o planeta natal de Deanna Troi. No planeta Betazed, os papéis de género estão num sistema 40/60, com as mulheres a terem maior influência em casa e no governo. Os Betazóides, espécies humanóides, tendem a ser telepáticos ou empáticos e são muito criativos e artísticos. Certa noite, quando meu irmão sugeriu o nome, tomando uma cerveja no pub, pensei comigo mesmo: sou uma empresária artística, criativa e poderosa e, sendo designer gráfica e pessoa criativa, tenho que ser um pouco telepática. Foi o ajuste perfeito!

I've recently found a passion for jewelry making and wanted to share that with the world! Each piece is handmade by me. All mushrooms, ghosts, and gravestones are hand-sculpted using polymer clay and carefully painted and sealed. I select each item used in my designs with the utmost care and attention to detail. What on Earth is Betazed?
I get this question a lot: Betazed (pronounced BAY-tuh-zed) is inspired by Star Trek: The Next Generation and named after the Enterprise's counselor, Deanna Troi's home planet. On the planet Betazed, the gender roles are on a 40/60 system, with women having the most influence at home and in the government. The Betazoids, humanoid species, tend to be either telepathic or empathic and are very creative and artistic. When my brother suggested the name late one night over a pint at the pub, I thought to myself: I am an artistic, creative, empowered female business owner, and being a graphic designer and creative person, I have to be a bit telepathic. It was the perfect fit!
