Shop policies
Courtesy gift wrapping is available upon request along with a printed note for any occasion or holiday. Please convo me with the specific note you want included otherwise the note will simply state that it is from buyer. Repeat: customer MUST request this gift wrapping option, otherwise item will be shipped to recipient as normal purchase.

Returns and exchanges
I would like you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please convo me within five days of receiving item. The buyer is responsible for safe return of work and return shipping costs.
Payment
Residents of New Jersey will be charged sales tax.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within three days, unless stated otherwise on listing.
Most listings are shipped USPS Priority Mail 1 -3 days unless at check out buyer chooses Express shipping 1 - 2 days.
If listing does not offer USPS Priority Mail then listing is shipped via USPS 2 - 9 business days or FedEx 3 - 5 business days. Buyer will be contacted when item is shipped with shipping information.
If you want expedited shipping on a listing that does not offer express shipping options please convo me before purchase so I can give you an expedited shipping quote.
Shipping costs include the cost of shipping, insurance, and costs associated with packaging (ceramics requires styrofoam peanuts, sturdy cardboard boxes and bubblewrap for safe travel).
