We are back and have access to our workshops. Unfortunately, the postal services just do not seem to be co-operating. I am receiving reports of delays exceeding one month in duration on parcels. This is unacceptable for me, as I am sure it is unacceptable for you, and we are closed until we can find a workable solution.

If you have ordered, and it is 40 business days since shipping or beyond: Please talk to us. We can help. If the post cannot find it, I'll mail you a new one. This is an unwelcome surprise for us all; we'll get through it together.

Custom and personalised orders

We absolutely do accept custom/personalized orders! A range of unique sizes, formats, and materials are available. Alternate colourways can be accommodated. Or, if you'd like to do something completely different, we'll work with you and get proofs made up of something uniquely yours. Drop us a line to get started.

Please do take note that returns cannot be offered on personalized products.

Wholesale availability

Less is not necessarily more. Inquiries about ordering in quantity are welcomed. Get in touch with us, tell us your needs, and we'll move Mount Royal to make it happen.

Shipping: How long will I wait?

Products are shipped from sunny Los Angeles, California. We're Canadian Americans, and we're pleased to offer quick dispatch times to all of our friends on both sides of the border. Shoppers in the states can expect shipping to take 3 to 5 business days, while most orders reach Canadian customers after 4 to 8 days in transit. Since we're not the CBSA, we have little direct control over unexpected delays at customs.

Ordering from overseas? That's not a problem, but be prepared to sit tight a bit. Off the North American continent, expect delivery to take between 6 and 20 business days.

Express shipping is available (for a slight fee) to almost anywhere.

NOTE: At present, we cannot ship to Cuba, DPR Korea, or Iran. Désolé!

Shipping: Packaging

It's a real drag to unbox a dinged up poster. All prints are shipped out in super durable kraft tubes, designed to take a beating. They're not just sturdy, but sustainable, as well. All tubes are made of 70-100% post-consumer recycled fibres and 0-30% secondary recycled fibres. We think that's pretty neat :)

Shipping: Combined Orders

All prints in store ship at a flat rate, regardless of how many you order. Note that if you're ordering stuff that is super big (think over 24x36 inches), that rate is a tad bit higher.

I've seen these prints elsewhere at a considerable discount! What gives?

We noticed! Certain wholesale websites overseas sell reprints of these designs for very little money. We were curious, so we bought four.

Two arrived damaged, for which there was no support.

All were printed on thin, acidic sulfite process paper. Some even on kraft paper! Not only unsuitable for display, the acid in the print actively destroys it. Every paper we use is heavyweight, conservation grade, and disclosed in the listing.

The source images were ripped from the web and software enlarged. The prints are pixellated and messy. Everything we produce is hand drawn in vector and designed-to-size.

You get what you pay for. We work hard to produce cost competitive and enduring products in Québec and the US, and our inbox is always open!
