"Swimsuits and styles for classic gals"
Bettie Sue Boutique began in a lovely old house in a windy valley in Wellington, NZ. Established in 2010, Bettie Sue Boutiques' mission was to create swimwear inspired by the glamourous styles from the 1940's and 50's with an emphasis on style and comfort. This was achieved by the use of soft nylon / Lycra for easy movement in the water and quick drying as well as soft moulded bra cups, powernet and gently elasticated edges to create smooth lines and cuddle curves. After 2 years of dedicated development, each swimsuit has been lovingly designed and pattern-made to be flattering and delightful to wear! Designs feature generous ruching, low cut leg-lines, powernet tummy panels, soft molded bra cups, ruffles and bows and smooth style lines for a slimming fit. In April 2011 Bettie Sue Boutique made a new home in lovely Adelaide, South Australia. A treasure trove of new fabrics and prints were found and a sweet little boutique on Compton steet named 'Push Pin' kindly welcomed Bettie Sue Bathers alongside it's beautiful vintage frocks, coats, shoes and accessories! Currently Bettie Sue Boutique is getting excited for summer 2014 with new designs coming to Etsy soon! x

Additional policies and FAQs
*Always rinse your bathing suit thoroughly in cold water after use and gently squeeze water out being careful not to twist or wring your swimsuit.
*Hand or gentle machine wash your bathing suit separately in cold water and mild detergent.
*Drying is a breeze! Simply pin your bathing suit to a line or dry flat inside out and away from direct sunlight.
*Please take care with sunscreens and tanning lotions as these may stain. If a stain occurs, soak your swimsuit in 'vanish' or alternative gentle stain remover and wash as directed.
*Lycra and Spandex fabrics contain delicate fibres, please take care with sharp objects such as nails or jewelry and rough surfaces such as rocks or pool edges as these may snag or damage your suit.
*Your swimsuit should not require ironing, but if you would like to please use a low nylon setting and a pressing cloth.
*Please do not bleach, wring, tumble dry or dry clean your swimsuit.
Follow these steps to keep your swimsuit looking dazzling for summers to come!
