Please be aware that all prices are in U.S. dollars. However, PayPal® will automatically convert your currency at the time of checkout. If paying with cashier's check or money order, please make sure that your conversion is calculated correctly. Should we receive your payment with the incorrect amount, your item/s will not be shipped until this is corrected and you will run the risk of having your order canceled and the item/s relisted. To avoid this inconvenience, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance with the conversion.

All items are packaged securely and shipped via USPS First-Class Mail (including Delivery Confirmation) and USPS First-Class Mail International. Should you prefer a different carrier or delivery service, please contact us with your delivery preference and we will gladly provide you with the respective shipping rates.

For shipping to anywhere in the world, fees start from $2.79 for the first item, depending on weight. For the second item, fees start from 35¢ for the U.S.

In some countries, there will be additional charges (i.e. custom duties/taxes) for items shipped from international locations, which we will not be responsible for. These additional charges must be rendered, by you, in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Insurance is not included on domestic packages, however, we highly recommend that you insure your purchase for the value of the jewelry so as to relieve both parties of the responsibility, should any item/s get lost or damaged in transit, as we are not liable. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we will gladly provide you with any necesasary paperwork needed in order to submit your claim to USPS. Please contact us for information on insurance rates. All international packages are insured at no additional charge.

Please ensure that the shipping address listed in your Etsy account matches your shipping address listed in PayPal®. If your shipping addresses do not match, we will attempt to contact you in order to obtain your correct shipping address. However, in the event that we are unable to contact you, within three days, we will ship your item/s to the shipping address listed in your PayPal® account, unless otherwise specified in your checkout notes. Please be aware that, not having matching addresses, will result in the delay of your shipment.

Keep in mind that all pieces are handcrafted and made to order, therefore, please allow 1-3 business days (Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays within the U.S.), from the day after your order is placed, for your order to be processed and an additional 3-5 business days (depending on your location within the U.S.), before receiving your package. You should receive your merchandise within 8 business days (the latest), from the day your order is placed, unless otherwise notified. As expected, delivery times to other countries may take a little longer, depending on your location. Please contact us regarding larger orders for an estimated delivery time frame.

Should you need faster processing, please contact us and we will make every possible attempt to accommodate your request, which will be determined according to our order volume during that time. Should we not be able to fulfill your request, we will notify you, prior to processing your order, so that you can decide whether or not you are still interested in the item/s.★
Refunds and Exchanges
We would love for you to be a repeat-customer, therefore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased, contact us with the reason for return/exchange, within 72 hours of receiving the item/s*. This also applies to any claims (damage or shortage)**. If reported within the allotted time frame, we will promptly issue you an Authorization Code. You may print out this code or simply write the Authorization Code on a copy of the original receipt, which must be included when returning the item/s to us. Whatever method you choose, you must include this Authorization Code along with the item/s and a copy of the original receipt. No refund/exchange will be granted without an Authorization Code issued by Betwinkled. Therefore, please be sure to contact us, prior to returning the item/s to us, so that we can issue you one.

Any item/s returned to us must be in its original/undamaged condition. The item/s must be returned to us within 7 business days of receiving merchandise in order to receive a refund/exchange. Under no circumstances will a refund/exchange be granted beyond this allotted time frame.

Betwinkled will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit, therefore, for your protection, please insure your package (for the value of the item/s) when sending it to us. You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning the item/s to us for a refund/exchange, as well as for the shipping of the newly exchanged item to you.

*There will be no refunds/exchanges on special orders, which include resized or requested design alterations, as well as custom pieces.

**Please be aware that, in order to protect ourselves from fraudulent claims, all claims are subject to an investigation, prior to approval. If we find that we are at fault, we will be more than happy to make it right for you.★

Betwinkled is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. We will not give, trade, rent, or sell your personally, identifiable information, nor a list of our customers, to third parties, unless, of course, required to do so by a court of law.★

If you are interested in purchasing a gift certificate, please contact us and we will gladly post one for you for the amount you request. Please keep in mind that gift certificates are non- refundable/exchangeable and are valid for one year from the date of purchase (same month/day, however, the following year). They have no cash value, therefore, are only redeemable for Betwinkled jewelry. Please be aware that lost or stolen gift certificates will not be reissued/replaced.★

If your order is a gift for someone else and you would like for us to include a card, please contact us with your request, along with your desired greeting and we will include one with your purchase, compliments of Betwinkled.★

Do you like one of our designs but would rather a different stone, metal, chain, color, or length? Or do you prefer a particular stone, metal, or chain that you would like implemented into your own design? Whatever you may have in mind, we will be more than happy to hear from you. Just contact us, with the specifics, and we will certainly try our best to meet your desires.

Should you prefer a different component (for instance, leverbacks instead of earwires) for your piece/s, please contact us, prior to placing your order, so that we can inform you of the available components and additional fee (if any) for your desired component. If we do not have your requested component in stock, we will make every effort to meet your needs.★

We, at Betwinkled, are strict about our quality standards. We do our best to handpick each gemstone and other components in our designs to assure, not only maximum quality, but exquisite beauty as well. However, as with all natural stones and other components, color, size, and/or shape may vary, to some degree, from those pictured in our online gallery. As a matter of fact, no two are exactly the same. Also, variations in monitors may sometimes play a role in color inaccuracies. With all this in mind, please be assured that we make every possible effort in accurately depicting every aspect of our designs, as we do when describing them.★

Our jewelry is not intended for young children. Therefore, please make sure that, as a precaution, it is safely stored away out of their reach. Never leave a child unsupervised with any jewelry. As adults, we sometimes tend to overlook hazards without even realizing that they are a hazard. Betwinkled uses the best materials available for its designs, however, no component can ever be fully guaranteed not to break, especially, while in the hands of young children. These components may present a choking hazard to an unsupervised child and can, unfortunately, result in tragedy. Please take the same precautions for pets, as they can be just as curious, if not more, than children.

Prior to purchasing one of our pieces, please be aware of any jewelry-related allergies that you may have, as we are not responsible for any allergic reactions. Every piece in our collection has a description of its components, not only for your knowledge, but to help you in identifying any potential allergy hazards that you may, personally, be sensitive to.

Proposition 65:
As per OEHHA (Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment), we, as a business, are required, by law, to inform all California residents of the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, better known by its original name of Proposition 65.

This act also requires the state of California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer or birth defects or other reproductive harm. Since it was first published, this list has grown to include approximately 775 chemicals. This list must be updated at least once a year.

With this said, please be aware that some (if any) of our products may contain small traces of lead, which can be harmful/hazardous. As a precaution, we recommend that you thoroughly wash your hands after handling the pieces.★
