From a young age, I found joy in creating—folding paper into notes, stringing beads into jewelry, and wrapping up little handmade gifts for the people I loved. Creativity became my sanctuary, especially after I was diagnosed with a chronic autoimmune condition as a child, a diagnosis that stayed with me into adulthood. There were years of feeling different, misunderstood, and unsteady—but that season also gave me perspective, and a deep empathy for others navigating their own quiet battles. I spent countless hours in my own world, creating, dreaming, and reading my way into places filled with light and hope.
Determined to be more than my diagnosis, I spent time during the pandemic becoming a certified health coach in functional medicine. That experience changed how I saw everything. I wanted to combine my gifts as a coach with something tangible—products my clients could hold or wear as daily reminders of the blessings in their lives. That vision became Beyond Brave Studio: a celebration of resilience, intention, and the quiet strength found in small, meaningful acts.
