About

Bianca's Design Shop — Creative things made with love in NYC

Creative design shop based in NYC, run by just me — a queer artist who loves to create things that are both meaningful and beautiful.

Representation, inclusivity and support are important to me in design and within our communities. Each month I give 50% of proceeds from "Love Knows No Gender" to a LGBTQ+ foundation.

Pins & Patches are mounted on a backing card inside a clear protective sleeve. These are packaged into bubble mailers for protection.

Gift wrapping available seasonally or upon request. Want a gift message included with your order? Let me know in the order notes.

Details on Return Policy

Items are carefully packaged so they will arrive to you safe and sound. However, if your items are damaged due to poor packaging on our end we will replace them for you if you email us with your order number and a photo of the damaged piece. On occasion, despite careful packaging, shipping services can really mangle items in transit. If damage is the fault of the postal service you can file a claim with the postal service here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
