The seller was so quick to respond & worked so well with me to get the issue resolved. Would most definitely recommend you give it a try & if you have any issues, they have great customer service!

Are you open for commissions/can you customize my print?
Sadly, we are not able to offer custom orders or custom alterations--including changing background colors, language of verses, or resizing of documents. This is due to time constraints for the shop manager.
Where can I access my purchase?
You can find and download your purchases via this link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases - Keep in mind digital files can only be viewed and downloaded via laptop or desktop computer, they will not show up on your mobile device!
If you cannot find your purchase in the link provided or are getting an error message, no worries! Just message our shop with your order number and we can send you a renewed link.
How do I download/print my purchase?

What type of paper should I print on, and where should I print?
We recommend firm bright white cardstock. Color results will vary greatly based on the ink, printer quality, printer settings, humidity, etc. If possible, we recommend printing the CMYK color variations of the artwork over the RGB versions.
As far as where to print, the options are endless! Customers have printed through Mixtiles, SimplyFramed, Mpix, Shutterfly, local print shops, etc. However, most customers have had the best results printing through either Staples or Walmart using the “poster” format.
Can the background of my print files be slightly altered? (e.g. More tan, or black and white?)
Yes, you are in luck. At www.photopea.com you can open your print files, and change the background by clicking Image/Adjustments/HueSaturation and then Exporting as a JPG. This service is completely free!
What sizes can I print my purchase?
The sizing information for each print is available in its full item description. We recommend printing within the sizes provided to maintain perfect clarity of the image. Note: we cannot offer custom resizing at this time.
