It's been two weeks since seller received my payment and I still have not received item or a notice that it has been shipped. I have purchased and received two items from other sellers since I paid for this seller's item. Four more days have gone by and seller still has not shipped my item or returned my money. Poor communication. I had to contact seller and inquire if my item was going to be shipped before seller contacted me and apologized for the delay.

They chose to not send my jacket for a month, which I was looking forward too so I waited and than finally said they would issue a refund for not sending even after I said I don't mind on the late arrival and would prefer the jacket which I paid for

I purchased a suitcase and there were some problems, but the shop owner did the right thing and took care of it. An unfortunate situation turned into proof that the owner cares about servicing customers.

I should have paid closer attention to the dimensions. It was smaller than I expected. I worry I might have a hard time finding a bulb for it, too. Cute, but not what I was hoping for.

H, Thank you for sending the vase. It ws in two piece and gathers all the pieces and put it back. Thnank you M. Peres
