My order was damaged in shipment. Can I get a replacement?

Customers have 5 days after delivery (per tracking info) to report damages with pictures to us through the Etsy message system.
We submit the pictures to our insurance to cover the cost of free replacement. After 5 days of receiving your order We cannot be responsible for how the items are handled, stored, or used.
