Returns and exchanges
Our product is hand made - imperfection is part of the character of the product as each item is individually made - this has to be kept in mind when purchasing.
If you are not happy with a product we are very happy to replace it to the same value...
MISSING GOODS
If your order does not arrive within 30days (barring extraordinary delays due to postal strikes, extreme weather or political events) we will re-send a replacement - but this is only a once off.
RETURNING GOODS
I you change your mind within 30days of your purchase date. If they are in the same condition that we sent them in, we will refund you your purchase, but shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make contact with us via email and let us know what you plan to do....
DAMAGED GOODS
Please send us a picture of the damaged goods - and this will be replaced by us..
Payment
ORDERS - 50% on confirmation of order and balance of payment on completion and before delivery.
TAXES - for customer's account
CANCELLATION - if we are unable to deliver your goods for any reason we will refund the full amount
DELIVERY COSTS - either as listed or to be quoted

We send parcels within 1 to 5 days...
