1 out of 5 starsThe company absolutely refused to do an even exchange. I wanted a face mask with us/uk and i got us/ france instead; they said i ordered incorrectly therefore ‘tough luck’. I will never deal with them again!!!

All of our flag face masks are custom-made which means it's made upon customer's purchase. Buyer accidentally ordered wrong item and asked for exchange which was not possible due to it's custom-made so we offered a discount on next order but the buyer refused.

What should I do if I didn't receive my order?
Please check with your local post office with the tracking number we provided. We're not responsible once your ordered item is shipped out and in carrier's possession.
What if my ordered item will not be delivered on time?
Delivery time will vary by your choice of delivery option. Please check with your local post office with the tracking number we provided. We ship out your ordered item within 1 - 2 business days but once it's shipped out, it's solely depend on carrier. USPS usually delivers within their guaranteed time but there may be a delay due to various reasons such as holidays, system errors, and national crisis.
What should I do if the tracking information says it's delivered but did not receive it.
Unfortunately, we have no control over USPS and we cannot be responsible for the lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS directly to inquire about lost or stolen packages.
How do I contact you if I have questions?
The best and fastest way to contact us is by messaging us through Etsy. We usually respond within a couple hours during 9AM to 6PM PST on weekdays. Please be advised that we receive over 1,000 emails daily from Etsy's system and there's no way we can find your email and respond to that. Again, please message us instead of sending us an email for any inquiries.
