What size easel do I need?
THE LIGHTWEIGHT EASEL
5 1/2 feet tall and designed for lightweight signage size 12" x 18" to 24" x 36" and up to 7 lbs. All lightweight easels come with 2 extra holes drilled in the tray so it can be tied down with ground stakes for additional stability in wind or sand.

Can I rush my easel?
YES! Please message us here on etsy with your timing or email us directly at "bigkittyeasels@gmail.com" and we will get right on your order. Easels can ship same day or next day in most cases.
Can I exchange my unused easel for a different color?
YES! We do offer exchanges for up to 21 days. Please contact us for instructions on how to return your easel if you would like a different color.
Can I return my unused easel for a refund?
YES! We do offer refunds for up to 21 days. Please contact us if you would like a refund on your unused easel. We do not offer refunds for used easels. We may charge a refurbishing fee if it has been damaged while being assembled.
Easels lost or damaged during shipping
Please contact us within 21 days if your easel was damaged or lost in the mail and we will ship you out a new easel right away or offer you a refund.
