If you are unhappy with your Bike Cozy product for any reason, you can mail it back within 14 days for an exchange or a full product refund. Let's talk, we can figure it out together.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. (Though I hear there have been amazing advancements in teleportation technology recently.)

Custom orders are usually not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Bike Cozy accepts paypal (with option to just use your cc), and money orders. When the payment clears I'll put your purchase in the mail.

I pedal to my local post office most Mondays through Thursdays. Holiday Shipping information:

Purchases made between Dec 5th-Dec 9th will be mailed before Dec 10th.
Purchases made between Dec 10th - Dec 16th will be mailed by Dec 17th.
Purchases made after Dec 17th will be mailed within one week of purchase, but that means the chances of getting them before dec 25th are quite poor.

Full tool rolls (domestically) ship in USPS priority mail flat-rate boxes and arrive to most US addresses within 2-3 days.

Empty tool rolls and other smaller items ship USPS first class mail and arrive as quickly as you'd expect a letter or card.

Shipping overcharges more than $2 will be refunded via paypal.
(if paid with money order or check, the overcharges will transform into a bonus surprise with your package)

It can be tough to buy a sized item over the internet. If you get your hat and it doesn't fit, you are welcome to exchange it for a different size.


-----------------How to take an accurate Head Measurement---------------

Put a flexible tape measure around the head taking it straight across the forehead, just above the ears and round the back of the head. You must include the bulge at the back of your head; you are measuring your head at its largest point. Do not pull tight or include your fingers in the measurement.
