About BipAndBop
Bip and Bop
Bip and Bop began back in 2011, several months after Nicole's twin daughters (Isabella and Brooklyn) were born. Brooklyn had special medical needs and required two surgeries within 9 months of being born. Nicole dreamed about being able to find a way to make an income while working from home, during naps and bedtime, so that she could quit her day job. After doing a lot of research, she taught herself to make the jewelry similar to what is sold today. She enjoyed every minute of it, because it was a creative outlet for her, and a way to distract her from the stresses of having a child with special medical needs. Slowly but surely, sales grew and she was eventually able to quit her day job a few months later. Eventually, sales grew so much that Nicole had to ask her friend Gretchen to help fulfill orders. She is very detail oriented and talented, so it was easy to teach her how to hand stamp and make the jewelry. Sales continued to grow organically and Gretchen and Nicole worked so well together. With the holiday season just around the corner, Erin (who is equally talented and detail oriented) joined the team after she had her baby and went on maternity leave.
We absolutely love to create special and meaningful jewelry that is equally simple and beautiful. We are so thankful for all of the support our customers have given us and feel so very honored to be given the opportunity to make jewelry that we hope you will cherish forever.

Please be sure to leave any personalization, color choices or other notes to seller upon checkout to avoid delays in production and shipment. Please be very specific about your requests (e.g. first letter capitalized, all lowercase). Replacements will not be made if you do not specify your request.
The best way to contact us is via Etsy Convos as conduct all business communication via Etsy. Please do NOT contact us via Facebook or Instagram with questions or concerns about your order.

Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your item(s) in any way and we can work something out.
All items are custom and handmade and all sales are final, particularly personalized/custom items. However, if you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We want you to LOVE your Bip & Bop item(s)!
Payment
Please note that if you use an echeck, we will wait until the check clears to ship your package (usually 3-5 days).
If you have a coupon code, please enter it upon checkout. Refunds will not be given if you forget to use the coupon code.
Shipping
Our items are shipped with USPS INSURED first class and always have tracking within the US. When we ship your item, you will get an email with your tracking number.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen purchases AND/or for items that are shipped to the incorrect address.

We are unable to make changes to your address once you place your order.
If a package is returned to us, because of an incorrect address, there will be a re-delivery fee of $5 for US addresses and $25-$35 for International addresses.
If your package is lost in transit once shipped, it is the buyer's responsibility to report the problem to the USPS. If the package is not delivered within 5 weeks of reporting the problem, we will consider it lost, and will resend the package.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Shipping outside of the US can take 30+ days, due to customs. Please keep this in mind when you are ordering. Once the item leaves the US, we can no longer provide information to the whereabouts of your item. If the item still has not arrived after 45 days, we will file an insurance claim for your item.
