Thank you for shopping small with us! It means the world! Our processing time is currently 7 business days. This is how long it takes us to prepare and get your order out. We are working as hard and as fast as possible so please be patient with us. Nothing will go out past their due date. Shipping will either go first class (3-5 days) or priority (1-3 days) depending on which you select. Please be patient with the post office. I see a good handful of delayed packages every week. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for delayed mail. We will work with you to open post office claims and reship mail that is deemed (by USPS) as lost but we can not issue refuds on customized orders. Please reach out if you have any questions :)
We are planning to close the shop for the holidays on 12/11/22 at 10:00pm. We will not be taking any new orders after that so get your orders in while you can. :)
