The seller was great through the whole process! When she accidentally spilled coffee on the tea wallet I initially ordered, she messaged me right away and offered me a refund or to remake the product. I had her remake it and it is perfect!

Every listing is fully made and ready to ship. Within 2-4 business days of receiving payment, I leap to my Shipping Supply Cabinet of Awesome to package the items with enthusiasm and care. I then generally send them off via USPS First Class mail within the US, and International First Class outside the US. This means that within the US, orders tend to arrive within 5-7 business days and, as a general rule, within 7-10 business days internationally.
If it’s a gift item, I’d be more than happy to include a note at no extra charge- please leave a note in the Message to Seller at check out. Everything goes out wrapped up nicely, either way.
If you’re working with a specific timeline or need something as soon as possible because you just can’t live without it, let me know and we’ll try to work something out.
A few notes on international shipping:
- It’s a bummer, but because they are so very varied, you are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, and taxes, and I’m afraid that they are not refundable.
- International shipments have been known to take as long as six weeks to make their way through customs and the like. Sorry for the delay, but the gears of bureaucracy can tend to grind along rather slowly sometimes, and are quite outside my control.
Refunds and Exchanges
If something has been used/washed/damaged after receipt, I will most likely not refund or exchange it. Contact me to discuss/explain the situation.
