I am open to custom orders! Feel free to reach out and we can talk about it. I will do my best to work with you but if I do not feel comfortable with the request I will turn it down.

Everything I make is with food safe glazes! All of my pieces are also microwave and dishwasher safe except ones with crystals. For those hand washing is best for the longevity of the mug. With each package I give a detailed suggested care instructions pamphlet but if you have any questions then send me a message!

I understand sometimes things don't come out how you thought. When I photograph and make the listing for each piece I try my best to be as accurate as possible. If a piece arrives and it is not what you want I would rather you contact me to work it out than you have something you don't like. So refunds are available (minus shipping) if you notify me within 5 days of the package arrival date. Exchanges are available also, under the same condition as refunds. However, they must be returned in new condition.
I pay extra for insurance during shipping so if for some reason you item are broken let me know. You will be able to go to usps store and they will give you a full refund.
