x Where in the world is Bird Trouble?
My studio and I moved from my beautiful home city of Chicago, USA in the late of 2013 to move, and emerge into a completely new rich culture of Mexico. Now I’m in Guadalajara. My dog, Tyler, came with too! We plan on making our way back into the States by 2015.

x Who’s making Bird Trouble products?
Myself, Alexz Sandoval. I currently make each piece in my studio and run all of Bird Trouble. I pick each piece of textile or leather, each is cut and sewn with my two hands and the help of my tools, and each product is shot by me and put online by me until we can move onto the next step and offer employment!

x How and when did Bird Trouble start?
Bird Trouble has been a sort of alias name for me since 2008. In 2009, I opened up my first Etsy shop and knew it was my chance to pursue my dream. I have been working on Bird Trouble along with full-time jobs until August 2013.

x Do you do custom orders?
Yes, for the time being but each order needs to first be accepted. Please

to see what styles you can order and the materials you can choose from. I’ll be back with you shortly.

x Where does your materials come from?
Currently, all hardware and 100% genuine leather is sourced locally from my trusty supplier in Guadalajara.

We accept Paypal as our only form of payment.
Shipping
Bird Trouble is currently located in Jalisco, Mexico and uses Mexico Post to send all sold items.

Expected Delivery Times:
Mexico – 10 – 14 days
US, Canada, & Hawaii – 14 – 25 days
Everywhere Else – Specific for each country. Email us if you’re curious.

Tracking numbers are included with each sold order. You will check your purchase’s travel while it’s in Mexico, here. Once it’s in your country, you can check it on your country’s postal tracking service with the same time.

If you’d like to pay to update to a private carrier (DHL, UPS, or Fed ex) to receive your order faster, please contact us directly with your wishes and invoice number. We will send you an invoice with the additional cost via Paypal.

Bird Trouble is not responsible for any duty or custom charges that your country charges, or responsible for lost or stolen items.
Refunds and Exchanges
Email us with your invoice number if you are not satisfied with your order. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were created. We do not accept items that have been worn or damaged by the customer.

Please return your order and provide a tracking number for our orders. Bird Trouble is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Please be responsible and pay a little extra for tracking – it saves both of us the stress! ☺ In your package, include your name and invoice number. Once received, Bird Trouble will credit you for the merchandise amount. Sorry, we don’t refund on shipping charges.
