Thanks for shopping and looking at my creations, redesigns and vintage finds! I hope you enjoy your purchases and keep coming back!

We don't smoke so all my creations are from a non-smoking production area. I do have a cat, who tries to sneak in my production room on occasion! For those of you sensitive to smells and fragrances: I do not scent my items, however, I do store my for sale items in the same area. It is a large closet so the scent of lavender, may permeate onto other items. Also, I pre-wash anything used unless otherwise stated. I use a regular laundry liguid such as cheer, I sometimes use Borax, clorox 2 and Biz. Bounce fabric sheets are often used. Delicate ,vintage clothing items will not be laundered by me. I leave that up to you. I do my best to describe antique and vintage clothing ,but sometimes a spot or tiny hole may be missed. These are used and vintage and aging is expected. If the item is pristine, I will tell you it is pristine.

I have a horrible camera, and I've tried to get the best photos available of my items. (an upgrade probably wouldn't hurt!) The color of the items are truer in person. The descriptions are short and to the point, but please, if you have any questions, just reach out to me and I will respond asap.

While I can appreciate the fact that you may need to wait to purchase an item, I can no longer "hold" an item in your name without asking for a down payment. If you wish to have an item held for you, please contact me first for arrangements for a down payment listing. I do not negotiate my shop listings. The price listed is the price unless listed as negotiable or on sale.

Shipping
** I do combine shipping, so if you make multiple purchases on the same day, I will refund your paypal account for overcharges of $2 or greater **

I always refund shipping overcharges for any amount $2 or more.

Your items will be shipped within 3 postal business days after your payment is received. (I still work full time.....blah) Ususally I ship same day but there are times when I just can't. My spouse has cancer so complications sometimes arise and he has been hospitalized, causing me to delay shipping for a few days. I hope you understand.

I use USPS for shipping, but if you prefer UPS or another means, please, convo me BEFORE you buy. . I make every effort to accurately reflect the shipping costs. Please allow 7-10 days depending upon your location.
Shipping upgrades can be made with notice to me, prior to final purchase. Just convo me and I will make any adjustments to the upgraded shipping costs.

I pack to protect your purchases. I recycle when I can. I only use USPS approved packing materials and outer packaging.

Please convo me if you wish your purchase insured, prior to the final purchase.

***** I am NOT responsible for packages that are lost or stolen or not received. (especially for International shipments) I pay for the cost of USA delivery confirmation. I will only deliver to your listed Paypal address.

If you want insurance, it is the buyers responisbility to notify me, BEFORE making your purchase so I can adjust the price for shipping. Please convo me if you wish your purchase insured, prior to the final purchase.

***** Refunds are not given on international shipments. Sorry, too many scams out there and I have already been a victim of this. Live and learn!
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me within 7 days from the receipt of your item if you are dissatisfied. I want to make your experience a satisfactory one. If a resolution cannot be made, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Used, reclaimed, remade and vintage items are sold in "as-is" condition and I try to describe any and all defects in the listing. I do not take any responsibility for damage or injuries sustained as a result of any of my sold items particularly vintage electrical items such as lamps. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the items are safe for personal use. I merely test to see if it works at the time I purchase vintage items, I am not an electrician so I receommend changing out old cords and plugs for new ones.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen items, shipment tracking is provided for by the shop.

Local delivery items: all transactions must be paid for before delivery. Any refunds must be through Paypal. And If you want a refund for local delivery items, the delivery fee is not refundable. (costs of fuel, toll roads, etc)
