Welcome! BitchenStitchen is the collaboration of two high school friends. BitchenStitchen is the brainchild of Danielle, who makes the baby gear, and was inspired by Amy, who got pregnant and needed some rocking stuff for her new little pirate. BitchenStitchen later evolved into household items when Amy started contributing eyeglass/sunglass cases and wine charms. Don't see what you are looking for? Shoot us an email or a convo, we have TONS of wicked fabric and beads, and generally only have 50% of our stock in the shop at any given time.

Returns and exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will be accepted on a case by case basis. If this situation occurs, please convo us.

Payments are expected within 3 days. We accept Paypal and money orders only, please, NO personal checks. If you are mailing your payment, please make sure you do so in a timely manner.
Shipping
All of our items ship domestically (U.S.) for FREE. Your purchase will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or First Class (weight pending). Shipments will be sent to the address on your Etsy account unless you specify an alternate address. Insurance and delivery confirmation are NOT included, but can be purchased. In fact, we highly recommend that you do so, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages, as we have no control over the US postal service.

****GIFT WRAPPING****
We also offer FREE gift wrapping of purchases, so you can buy it, and have it shipped directly to the recipient for no additional charge! The item will be wrapped in tissue paper, tied with a ribbon bow, and include a card for your message. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE OUR GIFT SERVICE, PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF IT, WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASE! It will expedite shipping.

****WHOLESALE and CUSTOM ORDERS****
We are open to wholesale and Alchemy, as well as custom orders! Convo us for more information!

****CPSIA COMPLIANCE****
We have gotten a stay of execution until February 10, 2010. Read more about the CPSIA and mandatory lead testing for products designed for children 12 and under here:

In addition, we are in the process of testing all our children and baby items for CPSIA compliance. If you have a questions about a particular item, please convo us and if that item hasn't been tested, we'll move it to the top of the testing pile for you.
