*** Bitchin' Becky's will be closed from mid-May through mid-July while our household goods are shipped back to the States. Any special orders placed before then will be completed and shipped prior the movers packing up all my supplies and equipment. :) ***

Hi and welcome to Bitchin' Becky's, a variation of the moniker I earned during an especially ruthless game of Phase 10.

I do my best to make sure that every item here in the store is of the highest quality, both in materials and in craftsmanship. I love purchasing an artisan made item of beauty and I'm sure you do to. That is the experience that I intend to provide. Every effort is made to accurately represent the items through photographs and descriptions, however, all items are handmade and so no two items will be identical. If anything is not as expected, please, let me know and we will work together to make it right.

I accept payment through PayPal.
I ship via German Post but, due to restrictions placed upon me by the powers that be, I can not ship to anywhere but the US. That will change in the summer of 2012 but until then, I am not an international shipper and I am very sorry about that. Provided there is not a national holiday, I will ship within two working days of receiving payment. I pay for shipping in Euro so I estimate it high to account for the exchange rate. I will refund any difference as soon as the item has shipped.

Bags are shipped flat to reduce shipping costs. If you want your bag shipped not-flat, let me know and I can get you an estimate on the shipping costs before purchase. I also try to reuse shipping envelopes and boxes whenever possible - partly to keep costs down but also just because I like reusing stuff. If you would prefer a new envelope or box, just let me know and I will make it happen.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is my goal so if there is a flaw or defect in the item you've purchased from me, I will do my best to make it right. If the item is unsatisfactory upon receipt due to craftsmanship, you may return it for a full refund if you contact me within 3 days of receipt. If the item develops a flaw or defect after the initial 3 days, you may return it for repair (or replacement if repair is not possible) for up to one year past date of purchase. This only applies to flaws in craftsmanship or materials. Damage caused by misuse (accidentally vacuuming the drawstring with a beater-bar vacuum would be misuse...not that I've ever done such a thing) does not qualify for refund or repair. You are responsible for shipment to me and I will cover shipment back to you.
