We only accept PayPal as a mode of payment for every transaction. You can refer to Etsy Payments for more information.

If you purchased on a Friday via Etsy Payments, I will not receive the amount you paid on the exact day. The payments will be sent to my bank account Tuesday. I will not process the purchase until the payments are received.

In case if you paid via PayPal, I might receive it on the same day depending on the platform policies. Oftentimes, the payments are processed on the same day. So, if you choose this as a payment form, I could process the shipping sooner as described on my listings.

We have already specified the sizes and their respective numerical equivalent in each listing. Hence, we're not responsible if the item didn't match your expectation whether they're too big or too small for your notebooks.

To avoid this, contact us and tell us the size of your notebooks, so we can make covers and refill notebooks apt for your needs.

Effective January 8, 2021, BitchyChickenJournal will increase prices to increase the insurance value of our handmade products.

We don't want to compromise the trust of our buyers and waste our efforts in creating wonderful and unique products because of shipping issues, which are beyond our control.

Hence, we will make sure ALL our products will arrive safely in your homeland wherever you are in the world (except for countries blacklisted due to Covid-19).

For shipping both local and international items, we place each travelers notebook inside a package with stuffing inside to ensure there will be no damages upon shipment.

We usually get inspiration from the surroundings around us and with our crazy and imaginative heads.

We also wanted to make each notebook as unique as possible. So, I might use limited size of fabrics to use or leather pieces for the designs.

Thus, most of the items we have on the shop are limited.

We only make them at home. So, we didn't have any workspace or a physical shop to display our items. We use the dining table as our workspace and the whole living room as the production area. *winks*

We need 1-2 days for the painting and drying of the paint as well as cutting, sizing the covers, and another day or two for sewing. All in all, we needed 2-3 days for one item.

The same thing for the Coptic Notebooks. Depending on the design we make.

For our leather notebooks, I need around a week of sewing time and finishing the entire cover. This is because I AM THE ONLY ONE who makes all the orders. Please bear with me.

Unfortunately, we can't accommodate wholesale orders for our products. Because I can't handle huge quantities of orders.

It depends. We include that in our listing description. Usually, we use at least 80 gsm white paper, 150 gsm Bristol paper, or 200 gsm Canson Watercolor paper.

Bitchy Chicken Journal accepts custom and personalized orders for both recycled fabrics and leathers and even in the hand painted canvas covers for the fauxdories, Midori traveler's notebook, specifically in the sizing and the refill notebooks you want to have either lined, grid, dotted, or blank.

The digital printable papers you will receive can be used for personal and small commercial purposes (limited to 200 units/copies) ONLY. You cannot sell anything using our design. Simple.
