Linda did a custom finish--which came out perfectly and she was SO prompt w/communication and she got it to me in lightning speed! Linda is a top quality artist and she is the exact reason that I shop @ Etsy!

Returns and exchange details
I ask that the item be returned to me in unaltered condition before refund or exchange is made. Please return item with tracking to ensure that it arrives safely. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the unused, unaltered purchase and made no later than 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. No shipping charges will be refunded, and refunds will not be given without return of the item.
Gold or special request items are regretfully not returnable.
Payment
I am based in Brooklyn, so am required to charge tax on sales to any New York State purchase.
Shipping
DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:
I ship using a small USPS Priority Mail flat rate box which arrives 2-3 days from shipping. You can track the shipment via your Etsy account. I've had speedy results with this method.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
I also use flat rate shipping to the EU with delivery typically taking 6 to 10 business days (although it can take longer depending on your location). I cannot be held responsible for shipping time on International orders. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or tariffs that your country's customs office adds.
