Sofia and António are the creators of B Journal Editions.
The two Portuguese friends, sharing their love for nature and birds, decided to jump into an adventure of creating items for all bird lovers out there, including their best-selling product - the Birdwatching Journal.
B Journal Editions was founded on the idea that people can gain significant benefits by spending more time in nature. It can reduce stress, boost mood and help fight anxiety, to mention a few.
With our products, we aim to inspire people to practice outdoor activities and have memorable experiences. We want people to enjoy nature, feel connected to it, know it, respect it and protect it.
We also believe that keeping notes about field observations and experiences can help us improve our birding skills, make our observations more valuable for us, and keep our memories for posterity.
