Upcycled art made with found objects and shrink art

Grantham, New Hampshire | 25 Sales

Announcement    Broken toys, lost Legos, gum ball machine toys, stickers, old books and tags - they all find a home at Black Cat Cards. We upcycle materials into fun jewelry or greeting cards, and use the proceeds to help those in need in NH/VT. My current obsession is Shrinky dink material and making charms to match toys, vintage jewelry, and other trinkets and gems.

About BlackCatCardsStudio

Sales 25
On Etsy since 2017

I'm tired of stepping on toys, so I'm up cycling them into jewelry

Two kids. Many toys. Finally I said, "If you don't pick it up, it's mine." I glued it on boards to make 3 D collages. I drilled holes to make necklaces. I cut and pasted packaging, tags, old comics to make cards. I sold items at craft fairs and sponsored autism social groups and craft days for kids at the homeless shelter. My current obsession is pairing Shrinky dink charms with recycled materials to make fun necklaces. Your purchase will help continue funding these programs and sponsor classes at nonprofit organizations in NH and VT.
