Direct Checkout is available in my shop now. You can make a purchase using your credit card, debit card, or Etsy Gift Card.

I also accept PayPal payment. (You do not have to be a member of PayPal to make a purchase. It is very easy and safe to do transactions with PayPal using a credit card.) When I receive your payment, your order is professionally printed, carefully packaged and then mailed to you.

All images are made to order. Once I receive your payment, your order is professionally printed at my lab. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to occur. Your order will be well protected with cardboard and a plastic sleeve and then placed in a sturdy envelope. I take care to ensure that your print arrives undamaged.

I ship from CANADA. Your order will be sent by Canada Post, First Class Mail to the shipping address Etsy provides me with your order (unless alternate arrangements have been made). Please keep in mind that mail can take anywhere from a few days to 17 business days to reach its destinations in the USA, and up to 23 business days overseas. NOTE: I do NOT track packages. Please contact me if you would like this done as there will be an addition cost.

All shipping overages of 1$ or more will be refunded via Paypal once orders are shipped.

Please contact ME immediately if you have any concerns about your purchase. I will try my very best to solve the problem, whatever it may be. It is VERY important to me that you are satisfied with your purchase.

You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes your package may require upon entering your country.

Orders are considered lost after six weeks have passed. In the event of a lost order, I will refund your money or, if you prefer, resend your order. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your purchase.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if your purchase is damaged in transit, please let me know right away. I will gladly refund (item purchase price only) or exchange your item if you are not completely satisfied, up to 2 weeks after you receive it. You are responsible for return shipping costs and your item will need to be appropriately packaged and returned in its original condition. I will refund your money via PayPal once I receive your returned item.

You purchase is printed and packaged in a non-smoking environment.

Please keep in mind that every computer monitor is calibrated differently for color and contrast. The color of the photo on your screen may differ slightly from the print you receive.
