ARE THESE REAL DIAMONDS AND WILL PASS THE DIAMOND TEST?
All our Natural Diamonds and lab grown Diamonds (Moissanite) are certified and will pass the diamond test.
Our EVN Stones, Sona Simulated Diamonds, and Created Diamonds are lab-grown diamond imitators and are great alternatives to natural diamonds. Although they won’t pass the test, they look just the same as natural diamonds but they cost much less. At about only 1% of the cost of a diamond, you can take a stone that is equally beautiful and shining.
WHERE ARE YOU SHIPPING?
We are shipping from the U.S.A. While we design everything in New York, the shipping location varies depending on our inventory and the urgency of your order. Our master jewelers handcraft most custom-made orders in America and will ship from our warehouses in New York or California, whichever speeds up delivery. All international orders, rush orders/orders with a need-by-date, some regular orders, and all solid gold orders will be handcrafted by our badass jewelers in Japan and will ship from our Global Fulfillment Center located overseas. Note that most of our raw materials (solid gold mounts, gems, diamonds, etc) are made and handcrafted in the USA. Each piece is just as excellent as the other no matter where they are being shipped from.
CAN I CANCEL MY MADE TO ORDER JEWELRY?
Cancellation or modification cannot be made once your order is in progress (it means production has started). I draw every ring and design it as per the customer's request to ensure each piece will be made special and personalize for you. Finding someone with the same preference as yours would be impossible.
CAN I RETURN MY RING IF THE PLATING CAME OFF?
All our jewelry with plating cannot be returned for a refund if the plating comes off. Plating such as rose gold, yellow gold, rhodium, or black plating is expected to fade but with proper care, it should last for a long time. All our silver jewelry is rhodium-plated, this is a standard process across the industry. Rhodium plating is what maintains the luster and sheen of the metal, it also protects the metal underneath. Plated jewelry wears differently on different people due to the natural oils in our skin and also how well it's looked after. We recommend extra care for any jewelry. Although it won't qualify for a refund, we will do our best to help, either reship a new one or offer a professional service for free. Contact us.
HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP?
Orders received before 12 PM EST (except on weekends and USA non-working holidays) will be processed the same day. All personalized items, and custom-made to order jewelry will require 3-20 business days to create depending on how intricate the designs are (usually done sooner). If you need something by a specific date or would like to expedite service, please make sure to leave a note at checkout and/or email us.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY
All custom made jewelry CANNOT be returned or exchanged. If the error was made by us, we will send you the correct order or issue a refund. You keep the item unless inspection is needed. For any approved custom made returns/modification, a non-refundable restocking fee of 35% of the purchase price will apply, this fee covers shipping and some production costs. Each ring or other jewelry item unless otherwise specifically stated is custom made to order to size with desired variations – design, wax, mold, cast, polished, and gem set. Contact our team to see if your item qualifies for return.
WHY IS MY RING STAMPED WITH PT950 IF IT'S SILVER?
All our jewelry mixed with silver and platinum have PT950 markings to ensure that shoppers who are allergic to platinum are aware of the mixture. Our jewelry with PT950 markings are mixed with 70% silver and 30% platinum. Although it is stamped PT950, this won't qualify the metal to be a pure platinum or precious since it only contains 30% platinum. The marking will only indicate that the metal used is mixed with platinum. All other silver jewelry with NO platinum mixture are marked 925.
MY TRACKING# HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED. WHAT CAN BE DONE?
Please note that shipping providers are also taking longer to scan and deliver packages during the pandemic and other unforeseen delays. Once the package leaves our facility, it could take a few days for the carrier to update their system. Sometimes it takes within 48hrs or up to 12 days depending on the COVID-19 restrictions within your shipping zone. Please continue to track your package.
