The final item came out perfect. There was an issue with what was received originally, BUT I cannot say enough about Judy and the lengths she went through to correct the problem to produce a wonderful gift for a dear friend of mine. The personalization, layout, cropping to enable the blanket to not only comfort my friend in the loss of her pets but to add a tribute to my friend's deceased mom who owned the pets prior to her was above and beyond expectations. The turnaround time even with the initial problem taken into account was very good and Judy was very quick to notify of status and to respond to questions. I would absolutely order again from this shop not only because of ensuring great quality workmanship but also due to outstanding customer service.
