Accepted payment methods

Payment
I only accept Paypal or money order, although Paypal is my preferred method. Please note that items paid using money order will be shipped after payment has been received.

Payments are due at the time purchase. If Payment has not been received within two day, item will be relisted.
Shipping
~~ Please be aware that shipping from Canada can be expensive - I will do my best to send in the most economical and secure way possible either through Canada Post or Puralator ~~

Depending on the nature of the item determines when the item will ship. If item is currently in stock then it will be shipped within 2 days. If the item is not in stock and needs to be created, please allow 10 days after payment has been received for item to be shipped.

Your Etsy address will be the one that I use to ship your product.

The list below shows the shipment times according to Canada Post:
- Quebec: 3 to 5 days.
- Canada: up to 2 weeks.
- US: up to 2 weeks.
- International: up to 3 weeks.

Keeping in mind, I cannot be held responsible for transit delays. I have no control over the package once it leaves my hands.

For any US or International customers, you are responsible for any custom fees that may apply.

**If you live in London, arrangements can be made for pick up or delivery - send me a convo so a new listing can be created specifically for you **
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive your item and it is unsatisfactory, you can return it. You will be reimbursed the item total minus the shipping fee. Buyer pays return shipping.
Refunds will be issued when returned merchandise is received.

If your item is damaged in shipping we will do everything we can to make it right. Whether it means a partial or full refund, or sending you a new item.
