The color is a bit less vibrant than it looked in the listing, but I understand that's the danger of ordering online (because my monitor may show the color differently). It'll work anyway and I quite like the yarn to work with.

About

Carefully Crafted Color ... My Creativity Inspiring Your Creativity

~
I've been a lifelong creative spirit ... crafter ... designer ... knitter ... now dyer.
~
I'm a one-person operation ... from winding and dyeing your yarn, to packing your order.
~
I love working with color, and am fortunate to live in a beautiful place, where my surroundings are a continual source of inspiration.
~
My colorways tend toward bold and saturated, to make a statement, yet not shout.
~
The ultimate reward for me is to create a product that I consider an "inspiring supply" ... for my creative process to contribute to yours.
~
Enjoy!

Note: I have temporarily stopped shipping to some international destinations due to erroneous information Etsy is displaying regarding VAT. VAT/GST is NOT included in the price of my yarns, regardless of the text Etsy has inserted below the price on my listings; rather, it is the responsibility of the buyer. VAT inclusion is 'not applicable' to me as a seller, as I'm not registered to collect VAT. If you would like to make a purchase, and don't see your country listed under 'ships to', please contact me - I'd be happy to set up a custom listing for you.

• All yarns in my listings are in stock for immediate shipping, except those in the 'Dyed to Order' section.
• Yarns are normally shipped via US Postal Service, using first class or priority mail, depending on the package weight.
• Delivery confirmation is included for packages shipped within the US.
• International buyers are welcome, but please note that you are responsible for any applicable duty or tariff.
Refunds and Exchanges
It's very important to me that you are pleased with your purchase. Please contact me if you have a problem or concern, so we can work out an agreeable solution.
If an exchange or refund is required ...
• Please contact me within 3 days of receipt for return authorization (14 days if you reside in the EU).
• Yarn must be shipped back within 7 days of return authorization, and return shipping expenses are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Yarn must be in original unused condition and free from odors, pet hair, etc.
• Custom orders may be returned only at my discretion.
Additional policies and FAQs
• Hand dyed yarns can vary from batch to batch, and sometimes even from skein to skein within the same batch. You can minimize effects of this (if desired) by alternating skeins every few rows in larger projects.
• When multiple skeins are available in a listing, they are from the same batch. Always purchase enough yarn to complete your project from the same batch (i.e., from the same listing) for maximum uniformity.
• Need more skeins than currently available in a listing? Love a colorway, but want it on a different base yarn? I'd be happy to dye more for you; please send me a convo for details.

Frequently asked questions

Do you ship to my country?

June 3, 2016: I have temporarily stopped shipping to some international destinations due to erroneous information Etsy is displaying regarding VAT. My apologies for this confusing VAT statement on my listings; unfortunately Etsy will not correct or remove it.
