Custom and personalized orders
Yes. We accept custom and personalized orders. We work in the best interest of our clients when doing custom orders. Please ask further questions about your order, no question is too much for us, we promise you that we are always available to answer.
Sizing details
Our clothing is true to size. Please check our US numeric size chart for women and US letter size guide for men attached on product listing. If your body dimensions deviate slightly from our size chart, follow the dimensions on the product page and send us your body measurement.
Wholesale availability
Wholesale and bulk orders are available. You can order as many item quantities as possible for your boutique, your wedding, groomsmen and bridesmaids, choir, association and groups. Special prices and discounts on wholesale and bulk orders are negotiable.
Shipping and delivery
DHL Express ships all our eligible orders for you to receive in 7 - 10 days. Delivery is done at your door step.
We will require your phone number in addition to your address to complete your shipping info. Providing your phone number is a mandatory requirement by DHL. The courier will call you to do door step delivery. Request expedited shipping if you need your package fast.

Processing time for your order begins a day from when you made your purchase. See individual items or product pages for the processing time that apply to your order.

The processing time is negotiable... It can be adjusted on request to meet your event demands.
Rush order is always available at a fee to reduce the processing time and jump you over the queue.
Returns and refunds

In the event where we fail you by any reason attributable to us, we gladly accept returns and under the circumstances would issue a partial or full refund as required.
Refund:
We first take delivery of the item and confirm that it is still in a perfect, un-used state before processing refund if applicable.
Custom order:
When we agree on every detail and customize your item based on your specification and measurement, we don't accept return or issue refund for any shortcoming that is not our fault.
Defective return item:
Items that are not returned in their original state will not qualify for refund.
