Returns and exchanges
There are no refunds after payment is final, but I will not leave a customer dead in the water. Please talk to me before leaving any negative reviews--we can work something out.

I will not be held responsible for customs fees not being paid. If a package is returned me because of custom fees or any other reason, I will consider it a lost package. It is not my responsibility and there will be no refund.

If I am late on shipping out a product, I am not obligated to do so, but oftentimes I will refund a small amount of money to make up for it. I will message the buyer asking if they will accept the money. Buyers must reply within 10 days to receive the refund. If they do not reply within 10 days, the refund is forfeited.
No work is done before the payment is made, cancellation is only available before the payment is made. If any problem arises, deadlines, methods, and terms will all be discussed with the customer.
I usually ship USPS, and as long as they are shipping within the lower 48, it usually takes 2 - 3 days. I don't normally offer upgrades simply because the next best shipping method costs so much, but if you are adamant you may contact me (appropriate charges will apply for upgraded shipping). Everything is insured and comes with a tracking number. There is no information for international customers. I have very little experience shipping internationally, but there shouldn't be any problems.

I have had people tell me that they gave the wrong address in the order forms. I will change the address to whatever you want as long as I have not shipped it out already.

Please verify your shipping address with USPS. If USPS tells me something is wrong with the address, I must assume some things and fix it--otherwise, I will leave it the way it is. If the package comes back to me because of a wrong address or for ANY reason, I am not responsible in any way; as far as I am concerned, my end of the deal is done once the package leaves my hands.

-- I may offer nerf commissions, but only under certain circumstances. This might range anywhere from simply not being inspired or for being too simple. Please note that I generally only do high-end mods.

-- I have been contacted by big name companies before and I am more than willing to work something out; however, please remember that everything is handmade and there is only so much of a discount I can offer.
