Custom and personalized orders

We are able to accommodate custom requests such as wood variations or hardware upgrades such as dimming or 3-way light sockets. Please send us a message for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

Items described as "made to order" are custom items. We aim to offer our customers one of a kind pieces by allowing a great degree of personalization thru the multitude of material and upgrade options we offer. The downside of offering so much customization is that it makes it difficult to accept returns and exchanges as the likelihood of getting the same exact order in the future is rare. Our policy, therefore, is to not offer refunds or exchanges on these items.

Damaged Items

If your item happens to get damaged during shipping, you must submit a damaged claim within 5 days. We will file a claim with the shipping company. To file a claim we will need proof of damage of the items and packaging sent to us. Once the claim is submitted, we will discuss how to fix or replace your item.

In the event you return merchandise to us, the merchandise must arrive in like-new condition. If items arrive damaged to us, the damaged articles will not be refunded. Instead, you must file a claim with the shipping company for the damaged articles. We will only offer credit on merchandise returned to us in the condition it was sent out.

Under most circumstances, shipping charges are not refundable.

Wood Color Selection

Computer, phone, and tablet screens are not all calibrated the same and color tones on the Internet can be drastically different than what you would see in person or under different lighting conditions. We do not guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers and furthermore we are not responsible if the finished product does not meet your color requirements. We do our best to make sure that pictures we post are as close to the exact material as possible.

In addition, no two pieces of wood look exactly the same. We do not dye or color any of our products so natural variations and imperfections in the wood will be visible.

If color match is critical, please let us know before ordering.

Care Instructions for Coffee Tables

Topcoat takes up to 30 days to fully cure before cleaning. Remove dust with a water-dampened cloth. Dust can build up over time and may scratch or dull finishes if not removed regularly.
Remove fingerprints with mild soap and water. These contaminants will not harm the finish, but they accumulate on surfaces and dull the original luster. As with all fine furniture finishes, avoid using furniture polish, cleaners or dusting sprays that contain silicone, alcohol, ammonia and anything acidic. Exception: Clorox wipes. Clean up water, alcohol and food spills in a timely manner and use placemats & coasters to protect the finish. Avoid excessive exposure to direct sunlight, high temperatures or high humidity.
