As to be expected with these vintage toys, there were a few damaged pieces but overall this was a great experience and almost everything was in great shape.

For a sophisticated vintage home

Antiques mean many things to different people. For us it's the beauty of how antique lamps add to the look and feel of a living room. How a classic antique dinnerware set looks on your table. Or how silver plated cutlery and serving pieces add to the beauty of being a host or hostess.

It's not about how many items we have in our shop. We look for quality antiques and vintage items. For us condition is most important. All vintage and antiques have some wear, but overall we will only sell items in the best condition we can find.

We have a network of auctioneers, local shops and estate sales that allow us to look for the items we think are unusual and unique. Its our full time job for our online shops and our local markets.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
We are pleased to offer a 7 day refund policy after tracking shows delivery date. You as the buyer would pay return shipping. For instances of an item being not as described or misrepresented refunds include return shipping costs. For all other returns, original shipping costs are not refunded. If we identify and item by name and age, we stand by our description. Please convo us for instructions for return shipping addresses. Returns without prior arrangement will not be refunded.

International returns where you as the buyer fail to pick up the item when notified of delivery will result in a forced return to our shop. Please be aware all countries have regulations for customs and VAT taxes and your responsibility is to know your costs before purchasing. International returns by forced return are not eligible for refund of original shipping and any damages will be deducted from the refund of original purchase price.

Feedback ratings are designed to give you an opportunity to describe the transaction with our shop. We do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please send us a convo so we can correct whatever created the issues.

In the event of a loss from damage in shipping, we do ask your cooperation in completing insurance claims. Generally we ask you to keep the packing and shipping boxes and take pictures of both plus the damages.

We do participate in the Etsy Seller Protection Program. Please ask for additional photos and ask questions to be certain your purchase is appropriate.
Payment
Payments for our shop are processed by Etsy. We do not have access to your bank or credit card numbers.
Shipping
We usually have a one to two business day handling policy on shipping, excluding weekends and holidays. We upload all tracking numbers. Insurance costs are included in our shipping prices. We ship with USPS We can ship by FedEx, UPS or DHL depending on time and prices to your locations for additional cost. Our shipping costs as quoted are a "not to exceed" quote. We calculate costs direct to you. If you are closer and we are able to safely ship for a lower price, we refund any excess.

We accurately list contents and value on all custom forms. It is illegal to falsify customs forms. We do not mark merchandise as gifts. PLEASE DON'T ASK. Import taxes, duties, fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
