Just a little about how The Blazing Candle Company came to be. I have aways been a creative person. One of my degrees in in Graphic Design and from that I moved onto Web development. Although I have always enjoy developing websites, for me it wasn’t a truly satisfying way for my artist, creative side to flourish. So, in 2013 I started Blazing Graphics & Gifts, where I began to create designs and print personalized photos gifts. The same year I opened my Etsy store "BlazingGraphics" and began selling these photo gifts there.

I am always looking for new ways keep my business cutting edge and interesting, several months ago I was brainstorming ideas to expand the selection of gifts I offered to my customers. I was looking for something that people would use and enjoy, and also would made a great gift for any occasion. I came up with the idea of making a personalized photo jar candle.

In my research I discover two main things that made me think this would be a a great new product for my company. First, there is a rising trend of people using candles as a focal point in people home decor, and that more and more people are using candles as aromatherapy to help with relaxation and to reduce stress. Also, both men and women consider that candles always make an acceptable, highly appreciated gift for any occasion.

I began researching the many types of candles available on the market. I decided that I not only wanted to offer Personalized Photo Candle Jars to my consumers and add it to my Blazing Graphics and Gifts web store, but I wanted to make the candles myself. I wanted to make candles that are healthy, clean burning, and long-lasting for customers. At the same time I also wanted my candles to be sustainable, eco-friendly, renewable, carbon neutral and American grown.

Using products that are made or grown here in the USA was also important to me. To do all of this I decided to make and offer 100% all natural soy wax candles and began the process of learning the science and best techniques to to make amazing smelling and great burning candles. After several months of research and testing Blazing Candle Company was created and we are excited to offer our customers our amazing, healthy, eco-friendly, American made, beautiful soy candles.
