5 out of 5 starsThe customer service is beyond measure. Of all the Etsy shops, this is by far the one that sets the standards if you are looking to have your needs met beyond expectations. He went way out of his way to work an existing design for me, create an additional element as well and engaged in many messages back and forth with sample designs and color suggestions. He even escalated my purchase by designing additional soccer balls to fill my entire design idea and image. I have no pics yet as this is for my 9 year old son’s Hanukkah gift but I will. The shipping was IMMEDIATE as I’m still waiting on many orders from Etsy shops placed over 10 days ago. If you are looking for a gift for any sports fan or even a classroom theme (think coach and all sports) - go here. I will always go to him.
