Please feel free to ask me any questions you have. If you are concerned about some aspect of an item, please ask me about it before ordering. I can only describe so much for a listing, so it helps both of us for you to ask me through convos. Since most items are vintage, they have imperfections. I cannot describe every little thing (nor do I notice everything) so please look at the photos carefully and ask questions. Convos are the best way to get a hold of me!

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
  • Money Order
  • Check
  • Other Method
Payment
I take all forms of payment and I'm very patient with unpaid orders but after a while I might cancel the order especially if you do not convo me back. Oregon does not charge sales tax.
Shipping
If you would like me to pay special attention to sending your item out sooner, please let me know. Also let me know if you would like me to upgrade your shipping to Express before ordering so I can alter the shipping price.
Please note that occasionally packages take up to a month to arrive (rare, but possible) due to the postal service and I do not have control over this, especially with international orders. Your order may be held in customs and I cannot tell them not to. If there are special instructions to make shipping easier to your country, please let me know as it will speed things up!

ABOUT THE PACKAGING:
I am an extreme recycler, the kind that would and has sent things in boxes (Clean) of all kinds. It would not cost me too much to buy new packaging materials...but it would increase shipping prices....At the heart of being (my version) a crafter and purveyor of vintage things, is someone who hates wasting things! I strongly prefer to use recycled packaging resources first. I try to make my packages look interesting, artsy and appealing, but they do not look streamlined. They are a bit funky, like my items. I hope you will enjoy receiving them as I have enjoyed wrapping them. They often look like a present I would send to a friend.

**********INTERNATIONAL ORDERS? YES! (But Please Note that International
Orders may take longer.)
Refunds and Exchanges
Please, please don't take refunds lightly. I'm not a big box store and can't as easily process them. I can refund though if you change your mind or need to cancel, etc. I understand. There is no restocking fee. If I haven't sent the item yet, I can refund shipping as well.
In the unfortunate event that something arrives in a postally damaged condition, I will refund half or more of your costs (this includes shipping). I may ask for proof of of damage. If we agree that I should take full responsibility for the damage, then I will refund fully.
Make return claims within 30 days of delivery for refund of purchase price sans actual shipping price.
Additional policies and FAQs
Since I cannot control the way colors turn out on your monitor, the colors may not be exactly the same as in real life, please take this into consideration. If you would like to know the color and I have not aptly described it, please convo me and I will describe in detail, my interpretation of the color. I know how important it can be to some that the color be just right.
Also, vintage items are not usually perfect. If the item is pristine, I will say so. If something is chipped or scratched, etc, I will mention these conditions, but perfect condition is not the default. I consider vintage to be appealing partially because things are worn, previously loved and have what is known as "character". A thing having character means it has imperfections that contribute to its beauty. The vintage items that have been handmade by someone a long time ago will have character, perhaps more character than commercially made vintage items. However I do come across some "perfect" or "mint condition" items every so often and I will state them as such.
