For Tiles: Please measure the tiles excluding grout line. if you work with centimeters, you can convert the measurement in to inches & check the available sizes. If the size is not available let us know, we will custom make it with no extra charges!

Will the current tile be visible after installing the tile decals?
No, the current tile will not be visible at all. These tile decals are also not transparent. They will cover your existing tiles completely.
Can I reuse tile Decals after I take them off the wall?
Our Decals are not reusable, but because we use the highest quality vinyl available they will still retain their 'stickiness' once removed.
Can I use my tile decals in Kitchen and Bathroom?
Kitchen
Yes, you can use them in kitchen but need to care of few points
- Do not install them inside the sink/wash basin.
- They work perfectly for back splash near gas stove.
- Splashes of water will not harm them.
Bathroom
Yes, you can very well use them in your bathroom floor /wall or backslash but just take care of this :
- Do not install them inside of your wash basin or bath tub. Splashes of water will not harm them but inside a water pool the performance of adhesive may change.
Returns and Cancellations
We make a quality product and we stand by our work. If you ever have a problem, convey us.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Just return your unused decal (buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost & custom duties if any) within 14 days for a refund of Product value. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied on all returns.
We cannot accept items that have been attempted to be installed and for custom orders or items on sale. Cases of Refusing the shipment on delivery attempt will not be entertained for refund.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. No refund will be given if buyer fails to claim the shipment from their custom
How much time will it take to receive the order after placing an order?
We dispatch in 1-4 business days & it should reach you in 1-3 Business days for USA / Europe locations & 3-5 Business days for the rest of the world! My tile is a subway size, how should I use tile decals?
Pls send us the size & quantity & we will send you a link to order them.
Most of the designs are possible in subway sizes.
We will also be sending you a design rendering for your approval.
