I never received the item. My credit card was charged in mid November 2024, but I never received any communication from the seller, despite several attempts to message them. Finally in February 2025 I opened a case with Etsy and my money was refunded immediately. I really wanted this item for my granddaughter's first Christmas and was quite disappointed. I appreciate that Etsy processed my complaint promptly and gave me a refund, but the seller would have gotten one star or less standing on their own customer service.
