Will my packaging be discreet?
Absolutely! I ensure that all parcels are 100% discreet without any identifying labels or descriptions of contents.
My order has not arrived yet, is everything okay?
There is most likely no issue with your order. Please keep in mind, the "estimate" of delivery is exactly that - an estimate. It is impossible to give an absolute guarantee of delivery dates, but I do my best. Excluding very busy periods (Christmas etc.), most parcels arrive prior to the estimated date.
Where are you guys located?
All products produced manually in Zaporizhzhya , Ukraine .
For USA and Canada customers :
Then we send it by DHL or FEDEX cargo to our Warehouse in Blaine MN USA.
Our warehouse repack it and make local delivery by Fedex 2day-air or USPS.
Tracking added while order dispatched ,tracking could be out of moving first 2-3 days while cargo moved from Ukraine to USA.
Express send directly from our workshop in Ukraine.
For Europe Union and all other countries :
Standard and Express delivery dispatched directly from our workshop in Ukraine.
Tracking is not moving on my order, did you ship it?

Mix ropes Set
You could order mix ropes sets in different quantities set 3/4/6/8/12,
but pls sign in Order notes - which colors you prefer for your set.
About 50% customers don't sign preferred colors :-), and I write them to ask about it, this time prolongate procession time for your order as we find each other to consider colors for mix set.
