About

It all started with an old Irish Lady

That lady was my Great Grandmother, Katherine, who came to the US from Ireland in the early 1900's. This quirky funny lady spent hours and hours every day crocheting beautiful afghans. She always had a large basket of yarn nearby.

I was immediately drawn to her craft and asked her to teach me. I was 12 years old at the time, and she was in her 90's. She happily spent a great deal of time with me, teaching me the basics. From there I went home and started working right away. Scarfs, pot holders....and eventually blankets were my very first crafts in crocheting.

Eventually I was ready for some more complicated projects and began making clothing. I only began selling my items after being approached by many people about where they could buy my items.

Crocheting to me is therapeutic. My troubles seem to melt away when I am surrounded by baskets of yarn!! Having my Etsy shop is a rewarding way for me to do what I love and know that my items are going to sweet little ones and making some Moms and Dads happy. That brings me great joy!

So thank you to all my customers for supporting my business, my hobby, my passion! And in return I hope to provide you with homemade treasures you'll love!

Shipping
Shipping charges include the cost of packing materials and actual postage fees.
Your purchase will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase except for special custom orders. Shipping dates for these items will vary on a case by case basis and will be discussed with the buyer prior to the final purchase agreement.

No insurance is provided, however if you would like your purchase to be insured notify me at the time of purchase and I will get a quote for you.

For international orders your items will arrive within 6 - 12 days depending on the country of delivery. My shipping fees are not currently set up for international shipping. If you would like to order and ship overseas please contact me and I will quote you a shipping charge.

If your items are damaged or lost during shipping without insurance I cannot be responsible for those items.
Refunds and Exchanges
If after receiving your ordered item(s) you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact me within 48 hours after delivery with your concerns. You must return the item within seven days after receiving it to be considered for a full refund (minus shipping costs) or exchange for another item. My goal is to make you happy and provide you with a product that you'll be thrilled to use, so please let me know how I can assist you with any and all purchases prior to leaving feedback.
