I sell gorgeous silk floral items on Etsy as a hobby and to share beautiful things with others. The items sold in my Etsy store are perfect for use in headbands, hairclips, sewing projects, millinary items, elegant silk floral arrangements, home décor projects, wedding decorations and bouquets. All items sold here come from a clean, smoke-free home.
All orders are processed securely through PayPal. We never see your confidential credit card information. At this time, PayPal is the only method of payment accepted for purchases made in this store.
PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF PURCHASE, AND ORDERS PLACED WITHOUT PAYMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
Please note that if you have paid via electronic check through PayPal, there is a 5-7 day wait for your check to clear. Payments via echeck from International customers may take even longer to clear. Orders are NOT shipped until the check payments have been cleared.
All custom or reserved listings must be purchased within 72 hours after the listing is created. If purchase hasn't been made during that time frame, the listing will be removed and the items will be made available for sale.
BLISSFUL SILKS SHIPS TO THE PAYPAL ADDRESS FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS, AND THE ETSY ADDRESS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PARCELS THAT ARE LOST OR MISDIRECTED AS A RESULT OF CONFLICTING SHIPPING INFORMATION.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our policy is to ship orders within 48 to 72 business hours of receipt of payment. DUE TO THE VOLUME OF ORDERS RECEIVED DAILY, SAME DAY SHIPPING IS USUALLY NOT AVAILABLE. Please keep these estimated shipping times in mind when planning your purchases.
US BUYERS: All items are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Smaller items will be shipped via First Class, and larger, heavier items (parcels over 13 ounces) will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. The purchase price you paid for items includes delivery confirmation but NOT insurance. INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PRICE. For large dollar orders, insurance is encouraged. Please contact us for pricing. If the price you paid for the merchandise includes an excessive shipping overage, a refund for the excess postage will be issued through PayPal after your items have been shipped.
US BUYERS: If you realize that you have placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately THROUGH ETSY'S CONVERSATION SYTEM. If your order has already shipped, we will have to wait until your parcel is returned to us to reship the item or issue a refund. The shipping charge you paid when purchasing the items is a one time shipping charge. If you make an error, it is your responsibility to pay to have the order reshipped to the correct address. Any refused or returned/cancelled items or packages will incur a 15% restocking fee to cover packaging materials and the time spent processing your order. SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNED ITEMS WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. We reserve the right to reship the item at your expense, or cancel the order and issue a refund minus the shipping expense and the restocking fee.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We ship worldwide, however, we reserve the right not to ship to countries where there is a high rate of postal theft or non-delivery.
Customs processing time at country of destination can be unpredictable, so please expect up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive at the final destination. INTERNATIONAL PARCELS CANNOT BE CONSIDERED LOST IN TRANSIT UNTIL 45 DAYS PAST THE SHIPPING DATE (60 days for shipments to Italy). If your order has been insured and is lost in transit, you will be asked to digitally sign an affidavit stating the package has not been received so that the insurance claim can be filed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be sent via USPS First Class mail and TRACKING and DELIVERY CONFIRMATION is NOT available for this method of shipping to most countries. TRACKING and DELIVERY CONFIRMATION IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE ITEMS. However, a Customs Declaration number can be provided to prove when and where the item was shipped. We do NOT have any control over customs, and cannot guarantee the time that your items will take to reach you. If you are interested in upgrading your shipping to TRACKABLE method, please convo us for shipping quotes. We refund excessive shipping overages through PayPal after your order has been shipped.

Should your International parcel be returned to us within 60 days of purchase as unclaimed, or as undeliverable due the customer providing an incorrect address, we will issue a refund through PayPal for the amount of the merchandise minus the 20% restocking fee. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. WE WILL NOT RESHIP INTERNATIONAL PARCELS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN RETURNED TO US. If you still need the items, you must purchase them through a new transaction.
We DO NOT ship to the following countries. Any order placed with delivery to any of these locations will be cancelled and a full refund issued through PayPal.
Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Brazil, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Russia, Russian Federation, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Commonwealth of Independent States countries (includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan), or any location that would be in violation of any U.S. economic or trade sanctions including OFAC Restricted Countries.
In order to keep costs lower for our customers, we occasionally use clean, recycled shipping materials when available. If this is unacceptable, please let us know and we will ship using only new materials.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We welcome the chance to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
Our listings will always provide a detailed description of the item(s) offered for sale, including color, condition and dimensions. Every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph the items offered for sale. Color may vary slightly due to the lighting conditions used when photographing the items or the computer monitor used to view the photograph. Refunds will gladly be given if you are dissatisfied with any item you purchased. Please email us within 7 days of receipt to authorize a return. Unless you have received the item in a damaged condition (other than any damage or wear that may be noted in the item’s description), returns must be authorized within 7 days of receipt, in resellable condition, in original protective packaging, and shipped back at the buyer’s expense. We must be notified of any damage within 7 days of receipt.
ONCE A RETURN HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED, THE ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY BLISSFUL SILKS WITHIN 7 DAYS. I do understand that International parcels may take longer to be returned via the mail, and I will make allowances for that. Refunds WILL NOT be given for items returned without authorization. A credit to your PayPal account will only be issued after I've received the returned items.
A 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED ON ALL RETURNS. This fee covers packaging materials, PayPal fees, and time spent processing your order and delivering it to the postal service for mailing. A 5% fee MAY be assessed on all items or orders CANCELLED at the buyer's request prior to shipment. The assessment of this fee depends upon whether the order has been processed, packed, and a shipping label printed prior to the cancellation request. Regardless of when the order is cancelled, the non-refundable PayPal fee of $.30 that I am charged when you place the order will not be refunded.
In order to receive a refund, the item(s) must be received in its original condition and packaging. Any items damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible for refund. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ITEMS RETURNED WHICH REEK OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. Due to the nature of the items sold by Blissful Silks, the smell of cigarette smoke cannot be removed from the product and the returned items have to be discarded.
PLEASE NOTE: the original shipping charges you paid when purchasing the item(s) and the postage for returning the item to us will NOT be refunded. Any refund will only apply to merchandise.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Once your purchase leaves the United States, we have no control over processing times or customs procedures and cannot be held responsible. IF YOU REQUIRE TRACKING ON YOUR PARCEL, please contact us to upgrade your shipping to a trackable/insurable method. Please note that you will always be provided with a customs declaration number so that you can contact your local post office and/or customs officials to begin an investigation.
