Every collection tells a story. Mine started with Kenner.


Like many collectors of my generation, I grew up with the original Star Wars trilogy and the legendary Kenner action figures. Born in 1975, I spent countless hours playing with them—but as a child, I never realized that one day I'd admire their packaging just as much as the figures themselves.


Decades later, Hasbro brought the iconic Kenner "racetrack" design back with the Original Trilogy Collection and, later, The Vintage Collection. That's when everything changed for me. For the first time, I wanted to keep my figures on their cards, not because they were worth more, but because the packaging itself had become part of the display.


To me, the Kenner design is one of the greatest packaging designs ever created. Simple. Timeless. Instantly recognizable.


But there was one problem.


Many characters never received a Vintage Collection release, while others deserved packaging that matched the quality collectors expect today. I also felt that the original Kenner cards—despite their iconic status—could be taken even further by restoring the original photography, refining the artwork and recreating every detail with modern tools while staying completely faithful to the originals.


That's why I founded Blizzard Force Customs in 2015.


Today, I create premium custom cardbacks, blisters and collector packaging designed to complete Star Wars collections—not replace official releases, but complement them. Every design is created with respect for the original Kenner aesthetic while taking advantage of modern digital techniques and years of experience.
