Can I buy an additional piece for a set I already have?
Of course! Please message us with the pieces you're needing and we would be happy to provide you with the info for adding an additional piece to your set so they all match.
Are the pieces connected/glued together?
All pieces are INDIVIDUAL for you to be creative and place them however you would like. Not to mention this makes it easy to pack up with other holiday decor and also it saves you money on shipping! Should you want to glue your items together, we recommend E6000 or Quick Grip brand glue.
Are the items painted on all sides?
The various holiday shapes we offer are painted a solid color on front and back with the details only painted on one side. The "Saying Blocks" are only painted on the front and finished with a sanded edge to create a finished look.
NOTE: If you would like the items painted on all sides, please contact us prior to purchasing for pricing.
If I choose the "Glitter" option, does it come off?
When we initially send out our items for customers who "choose" the glitter option, a bit of the excess may flake off. However, please note that there still will be a full layer which will last you for years to come. Also if you are ever unsure as to an option or have any questions about the specifics of an item we are always happy to answer any questions.
Do you have other "Font" options?
As all of the items are lettered by hand with a paint brush and no vinyl, markers, stencils or paper is used, we only offer the "Font" as you see in our samples.
Are the block sets weather proof?
While all items are sealed with varnish, these items are intended purely for indoor decor.
Do you combine shipping costs if purchasing multiple sets?
We are happy to combine shipping for 3 or more items. Please message us PRIOR to purchase so we can accommodate.
Do you offer Gift Wrap?
Due to the size/various shapes of our products, we DO NOT offer gift wrap as this would greatly increase the shipping costs. We are however happy to include a gift note (at no cost) and exclude any cost information from the packing slip included with the purchase. At checkout, please note that your item is a gift and any note information.
Are the paints non-toxic?
YES! Both the paints and varnishes used are all non-toxic. However, we do not recommend any of our pieces be left with an unsupervised child as they are wood and if chewed/broken splinters and wood pieces could be potentially harmful.
