Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns. If an item is refused, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost. If an item arrives damaged, please take a picture of the box and item and email it to us within 24 hours. We take great care in packaging our items to avoid damages. If an item is lost, we will refund your purchase price or send a replacement. Please email us if you do not receive your items.
Payment
Payment must be received before items will be shipped. Once item is shipped (usually within 1 business day) there are no cancellations.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. No personal checks or other forms of payment accepted.
Shipping
Discretion is absolutely important! Items will be shipped in plain brown paper to ensure your privacy is protected! Items that are "Ready to Go!" will usually ship within 1-2 business days. If you would like to upgrade shipping, please email us for cost prior to purchase. If there is an unlikely delay in shipping your item, we will communicate with you via email with updates.
