Never received my order, yet charged over $93. Owner refused to work with me even tho she sent me two tiny paw print charms that I never ordered. My entire order was marked shipped and delivered when it wasn't. The owner has made no attempt to correct her wrong

I have communicated with the customer extensively. There was a shipping error on my part. The labels got swapped on two customer orders. They received each others orders. After realizing the problem I communicated with her immediately to try and resolve the issue. After extensive communication she requested a full refund which I was more than happy to provide within 10 minutes of her asking. I have had my company on etsy for over 4 years and have well over 700 5 star reviews. I take this business very seriously and do whatever I can to resolve the issue. This is not credit card fraud as the she claims. It was an honest mistake on my part. I have refunded her her entire purchase as per her request.

Never received and owner could care less than honoring what money she takes from you. Your order will be marked shipped and delivered yet u will only receive a charm you did not order and valued under $7 but my card was charged over 93$ and she REFUSES to send my order

Seller charged my card and sent me 2 tiny charms that I did not order. She claims she "can't" send my real order..... If she couldn't fill my order then why did she charge my card over 93$

Never received yet charged over 93$ for my order. Instead I was sent two tiny paw print charms which were not a part of my order. Took 6 days for owner to respond to me and it wasn't till I stated I would be going to the police for credit card fraud. She refuses to send my real order and her concern in the matter was very weak. I urge everyone to find a different shop

She pulled a fraudulent act. I received two tiny paw print charms. It took days and a email saying I was taking legal action did she respond. She claimed another customer just received my order.So her order took an additional 5 days to be delivered?? Just like it took her 5 days to get back to me? How does one switch orders and not take responsibility??? I finally got refunded over $93 after numerous emails and several puctures of what she actually sent me.... She refuses to send out my correct order. I plan to take legal action for fraud and also let the Better Business Bureau

Shipping
Domestic:

I ship USPS First Class Mail in the USA. Items normally ship out within two business days. I do not include an invoice with your shipment. If you would like one please send me a message at checkout.

International Shipping:
I ship via USPS. Your order will ship out within 2-3 business days. Not including weekend and US Holidays.


I do not provide shipping insurance. If you would like shipping insurance let me know and I will charge you for the difference. I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen packages, customs or taxes from your country. All countries are different so make sure to check their tax structure before you purchase.

Please make sure that your address is correct on your ETSY and PAYPAL accounts. I am not responsible if your address is wrong and you package is returned to me. Please contact me immediately if you need to change your address.
Refunds and Exchanges
If item is damaged or broken please let me know within 5 days of receiving the item and I will resolve the issue.

If you are not happy with the item or it is not what you expected please let me know and we can make return or exchange arrangements. I will refund your money less the shipping charge.
