Based on sourcing materials from suppliers, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Some of my materials come from overseas, which with some vendors can take a month for me to receive the items. If there are any issues I will notify you immediately. If I finish a piece earlier, I will ship the item out to you asap. Also, all custom and personalized orders are not refundable. I will keep you informed to the process and make sure you are happy with the piece as I am creating it. If there are any issues they will be taken care of to the best of both parties.

All items should be placed in a cool, dry area. Spot clean only.

Disclaimer for Metal Embroideries:
The metal materials I use are treated to prevent discoloration, but over time these materials can oxidize and patina. To help combat this, please keep the item away from excessive heat and moisture.

For Monograms:
I currently have three sizes for custom monograms: small, medium, large. While I have a base measurement for each, please note that the letters may vary slightly in size due to the individual letter used.

There are three sizes for custom monogram: small, medium. large.
Small (letter size): 2 3/4" wide x 4" long - 6" hoop.
Medium (letter size): 3 1/4" wide x 4 1/4" long - 7" hoop.
Large (letter size): 5 1/2" wide x 4 3/4" long - 8" or 9" hoop.
All monograms will come on hoops, unless you wanted it in a shadowbox or shadowbox picture frame. For that, please contact me on pricing details based on your needs. I would mount the embroidery in the frame/shadowbox and ship to you finished. There would be a mounting and frame cost added to base price of monogram.

I base my prices on the same formula of materials that I use on average for these pieces. In the event that I have issues sourcing certain colors/materials I will contact you and refund those components out of the final price. My goal is to make a very layered and detailed piece that you will love for years to come. I take pride in my work and will work tirelessly to give you the best piece possible.

For any other custom orders, either new or based off past pieces, please contact me via email or Etsy messaging to discuss the project, materials, pricing, etc. Based on current workload I can work out timeline. This can vary throughout the year and can change at any time. I will advise on a case by case basis.

For all custom work there is a non-refundable $15 dollar design fee. This fee will be incorporated into the final price if you proceed with the order.

All custom work is to be paid upfront and if order is cancelled after processing - 25% of the order is non-refundable.

I can take returns and exchanges on a case by case basis. Should you be dissatisfied with your product please contact me immediately.
I triple pack my items for shipping to protect it the best way possible, but items can be damaged during shipping and I cannot be liable for those damages. I will try my best to accommodate everyone.
For returns, based on dissatisfaction, please return the item in it's original, undamaged form.
